When Will My Order be Shipped?

Estimated dispatch times are shown on the website category pages. The estimated dispatch time for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation, which is sent via email after you place your order.
In-stock items will be dispatched from the Luxo Living warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order, unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 9:00 a.m. Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

Please note that cancellation fees and return shipping fees may apply if you cancel an order after Luxo Living starts processing it.

Delivery

Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days; however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.

To keep delivery costs low, Luxo Living books all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items, please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25 kg (example: if a box weighs 100 kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen in the product specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services, such as an extra helper, a specialized delivery service, or after-hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with Luxo Living before dispatch, and additional costs will apply.
